A four-year vest, refreshed at year two. You build the firm, you own the firm.

IDR 6M / year for books, courses, conferences. We pay for the reading.

Therapy & coaching
Subsidized therapy. Quarterly career coaching for everyone, not just leads.

25 days + national. Plus the studio closes between Christmas and Jan 2. Take it.

30 minutes with the practice lead. Mutual screening. We'll be honest about fit.
Work session
Paid two-hour exercise on a real-ish problem. We pay for your time regardless of outcome.
Team day
Half a day in the studio, three to five conversations. The team votes.

A real offer with a real number, inside two weeks of starting the process.
